Job description for Junior Architect at Magran Group
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Pembangunan atau S1 Arsitek/Teknik Sipil,
- Usia minimal 28 Tahun,
- Pengalaman minimum 3 tahun sebagai pengawas Kontruksi
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & Autodesk Autocad,
- Tegas, cekatan, terbiasa bekerja dibawah tekanan dan terbiasa bekerja dalam tim,
- Berseda ditempatkan di PIK
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Membuat metode kerja dan mengatur sequence kerja (dengan mapping pada denah) berdasarkan waktu dan tenaga kerja.
- Membuat monitoring kondisi lapangan, Material On Site, material terpasang dan tenaga kerja, untuk di laporkan ke Project Manager.
- Membuat permintaan material sesuai schedule pekerjaan.
- Membuat berita acara serah terima untuk pengajuan progress kerja.
- Mengerjakan pekerjaan pasang sesuai kontrak.
- Membuat berita acara untuk item-item pekerjaan & menginformasikan kepada admin operation.
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan dan memastikan kesesuaian anatara spesifikasi dan persyaratan serta kualitas pekerjaan,
- Memastikan pekerjaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur dan tahapan kerja, keamanan kerja serta kualitas yang ditentukan,
- Menyiapkan laporan hasil pekerjaan dan segala aktifitas di project.
