Job description for Junior Administrative Assistant at XM Sydney CBD
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Administrator role located in Surabaya. The Junior Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records, organising documents, assisting with scheduling, coordinating basic office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
The role also involves responding to incoming enquiries and messages from clients or prospective customers in a polite and professional manner, providing basic information where appropriate, and forwarding enquiries to the relevant team member when further assistance is required.
Additional responsibilities include assisting the team with general administrative support, organising simple financial documents such as invoices or supporting records, and helping maintain clear and timely communication.

Good communication skills and a professional manner when responding to messages and enquiries.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage daily administrative tasks.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to respond to incoming chats politely and escalate enquiries when needed.
Basic understanding of administrative documents, invoices, or data entry is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Able to work full-time on-site in Surabaya.
