We’re looking for an Accounting (Junior) Assistant who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work comfortably in a fast-moving business environment. Preferably have had experiences in the retail industry.
This role will handle financial reporting, operational accounting, taxation, and import-related documentation while supporting the company’s overall financial accuracy and compliance.
We’re looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and stay organized across multiple operational needs.
WHAT YOU (WILL) DO
Handle daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare monthly financial statements and support management reporting. Ensure tax compliance and reporting, including Coretax administration and related documentation.
Handle import-related taxation and administrative processes. Coordinate with external tax consultants, vendors, and related stakeholders when needed. Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and financial records accurately. Assist with budgeting, reconciliation, and financial analysis. Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support operational and administrative finance needs across departments
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in retail, importation, FMCG, or trading industry. Familiar with Indonesian taxation systems and/or Coretax. Experienced in handling import tax and import-related financial administration. Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts (COA) structure and the ability to classify transactions accurately across account types. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing business environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality. Open-minded and comfortable working within a lifestyle and wellness brand that addresses topics of intimacy and sexuality in a professional, inclusive, and non-judgmental context.
