Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients regarding ongoing projects and campaigns.
- Receive, understand, and translate client briefs into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Social Media, Paid Ads, KOL, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Follow up with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, project updates, and status reports.
- Attend client meetings and assist in presenting campaign updates and recommendations.
- Ensure all client requests, revisions, and feedback are properly communicated and executed.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports, campaign reports, and presentations.
- Identify potential project issues and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in problem-solving and finding solutions to meet client objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation of project details, communications, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Digital Agency environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
