Junior Account Executive
Job Qualifications:
1. Experience in a multinational agency, Website Maintenance: Experience in managing website maintenance projects is a must.
2. 360 Campaign Management: Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Strong ability to coordinate multiple activities, ensuring timely project delivery.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; a quick learner
6. Advanced knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Excellent written and verbal in English
Job Desk
1. Develop a brief based on Client needs
2. Organize and participate in brainstorming, make effective notes to capture ideas
3. Manage project activities to ensure that objectives are achieved within specified timeframes and budgets.
4. Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule
5. Assist Account Manager in the preparation of comprehensive budgets and timing plans from the start of the project
6. Research emerging market trends and incorporate these insights into strategic planning to stay ahead in the industry.
7. Preparing and presenting performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
