Job description for JR BRAND MANAGER E-COMMERCE at Raceway Indonesia
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
- Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms (Shopee & TikTok Seller Centre), including online stores and marketplaces, to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
- Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, CPAS, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management. Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ads Spend)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and support clientele
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding e-commerce market and consumer behaviour
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools and analytics software
- Strong Leadership, Delegation & Autonomy. Understand individual strengths to assign strategic tasks, then provide the autonomy your team needs to get the work done.
