Pekerjaan dilakukan di lapangan (field), termasuk:

Menyambung kabel optik (fusion splicing),

Menguji kualitas jaringan (OTDR, power meter),

Menempatkan kabel di ducting, tiang, atau tray.

Maintenance dan Troubleshooting

Melakukan pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif untuk gangguan jaringan,

Menyediakan dukungan teknis untuk tim NOC atau teknisi support.
