IVVQ Manager role

As part of the development of the IT activity, we are looking for an IVVQ Manager. This opportunity based in Singapore on a permanent contract is to be filled as soon as possible.
Job Description
As part of the technical department and under the responsibility of an ALTEN Project manager, you act as project manager on one or more IT projects with high commitment for ALTEN. As such, you ensure the operational management of the teams, the customer interface and the management of the Quality/Costs/Delays type.
Your tasks will consist of:
· Structure the project to take into account the customer need, the functional and organizational specification, the expected deliverables and their acceptance criteria
· Assist in hiring, coaching and performance review of integration and test team
· Defines plan/strategy for integration and test in projects
· Tailors the integration and test environments (inclusive of process, practices and tools), covering both factory and on-site activities, according to company/project requirements.
· Ensure full traceability of deliverables and tests to project requirements, using appropriate requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS), and defining comprehensive scenarios for integration and test
· Coordinates Integration and Test activities, establishes priorities for team, and ensure on-time completion of tasks to satisfaction of all external and internal customers
· Conducts reviews required in projects, including, but not limited to, the Test Readiness Reviews, Technical Qualification Reviews, and Final Qualification Reviews.
· Manage the planning and the achievement of milestones
· Ensure the technical and operational interface with customers, ensure compliance with contracts
· Deliver projects at the expected level of quality
· Manage the budget, the load plan and ensure the profitability of projects
· Communicate on the progress of projects (quality/cost/delay type indicators) and ensure internal/external reporting
· Participate in the preparation of responses to calls for tenders
· Take part in ALTEN's development strategy in the Transportation/Defence/Security sector, in the capitalization of know-how and its promotion to its customers
Key knowledge and skills:
· Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and leading teams in Integration and Test Activities of system, involving both hardware (servers, network, video wall, wireless devices, etc…) and software components (web application, CCTV software, GIS software, mobile apps, etc…)
· Strong oral and written communications & liaison skills
· Strong motivation in automating and streamlining processes/tasks
· Experience in managing juniors or a team
· Experience in Integration, Test & Commissioning Activities within a project lifecycle
· Experience in defining the Integration and Test platform, able to produce the design for the Integration and Test platform, implement and validate the Integration and Test platform.
· Experience in defining and using appropriate test tool and test management tool (bug tracker, test description tracking, test result tracking, etc…)
· Experience in design document review, understanding the complexity of various interfaces and able to translate it to Integration & Test strategy/plan
· Experience in defining the Performance test plan, selection of performance test tool and setup performance testing environment
· Experience in troubleshooting and verification of complex systems
