Job description for IT Systems and Network Executive at Tanglin Club
- Provides IT support to end users on desktop, application, POS, network and IT infrastructure.
- Responsible for admin & maintenance of IT equipment hardware including Microsoft 365, Sysmantec, Fortinet Firewall, VMWare Computer, printers, servers, Point of Sale workstations, Tablets, Network equipment , WIFI equipment & IT security system.
- Performs upgrading, installation, configuration, maintenance, data-backup and restore of servers and network configuration.
- Ensure the reliability, up-time availability IT systems and infrastructure. . Administer the IP Phone System for the Club.
- Liaises with IT vendors to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
- Assist to evaluate and arrange procurement of IT hardware and network equipment.
- Support in the development of technical documentation including user-guide documentation and videos.
- Performs ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or the employer.
- Occasional after-office hours and weekends support will be required.
