Job description
- Creating Run-books of current and future processes
- Serving as liaison between end-users and the technology vendors to resolve issues
- Supporting end users with every day IT requests
- Support of a diverse OS environment
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree Majoring in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience as IT Support/ Helpdesk
- Able to handle computer and network troubleshooting
- Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
- Providing daily support of LAN, WAN, Wireless and Network Infrastructures
- Knowledge of basic networking and system integration
