Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users (helpdesk support)
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware and software especially Office 365
- Monitor and maintain network systems (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity)
- Perform routine system maintenance and IT infrastructure checks
- Maintain documentation and prepare regular IT reports
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
- Support and troubleshoot ERP system operations within the company
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role
- Proven troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WiFi)
- Familiar with installation and configuration of common business applications
- Good command in English written and verbally
