Job description for IT Support at PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users (helpdesk support)
  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware and software especially Office 365
  • Monitor and maintain network systems (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity)
  • Perform routine system maintenance and IT infrastructure checks
  • Maintain documentation and prepare regular IT reports
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
  • Support and troubleshoot ERP system operations within the company

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role
  • Proven troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WiFi)
  • Familiar with installation and configuration of common business applications
  • Good command in English written and verbally
