About the role
As an IT Support, you will be responsible for ensuring all company IT systems, equipment, and network operations run smoothly across all booths and operational areas. This role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software performance, supporting booth and event setups, monitoring internet stability, and managing IT inventory to ensure seamless daily operations and business continuity.
What you'll be doing
1. Ensure all IT equipment and systems across all booths operate smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
2. Perform troubleshooting for computer (CPU), printer, internet network, and other technical issues based on reports from booth PICs.
3. Respond promptly to operational and technical issues reported through internal communication groups.
4. Conduct maintenance, repairs, and Windows reinstallation for CPUs experiencing performance issues or technical problems.
5. Monitor and maintain stable internet connectivity across all booths, including routine speed checks and network performance improvements.
6. Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and inventory checks for all booth equipment to ensure operational readiness.
7. Set up and prepare IT equipment for new booth placements, company events, and operational expansions.
8. Manage, repair, and maintain warehouse CPU stock to ensure backup devices are always ready for use.
9. Submit spare part requests and technical equipment needs to support maintenance and operational continuity.
10. Update and maintain IT inventory data regularly, including equipment records, AnyDesk codes, and provider card numbers.
11. Conduct routine performance monitoring of all IT assets to support operational efficiency and business continuity.
What we're looking for
1. Graduates from Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, or IT support.
3. High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
4. Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language
5. Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
7. Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
8. Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once
9. Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems
10. Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
