Job description for IT Support at Macro Trend Technology
1. Male, Education Minimum SMA/SMK
2. Have a License SIM C and Own Vehicle
3. Willing to be placed or visit out of town or out of the island
4. For Locations All Indonesia (Priority Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makassar, Medan, Lampung, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Pekanbaru, Jayapura, Palembang, Tarakan)
5. Can work individually and in a team
6. Maintenance IT Assets as helpdesk
7. Able to install laptops, computers (assemble computers), CCTV and all other IT devices
8. Understand of the operation of supporting devices such as printers, scanners, UPS, Servers, Networks and all other IT devices
9. Able to analyze and fix troubleshoot of all IT devices, both hardware and software
