Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain office network and solve problems related to network
- Maintain SSL, Update & Backup router configuration
- Maintain software and OS of user and troubleshoot network and other related problems
- Manage and maintain IT equipment including CCTV, Routers, Laptop, Switch, etc.
- Manage daily system testing (test asakita.id)
- Support Customer Service team for technical issue found by customer
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT Major
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems and Microsoft office
- Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
- Understand network setup and setting
- Understand basic database query
- Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems
- Having any IT certifications will be advantageous
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, Tangerang, Banten
