Job description for IT Support at PT Multi Indo Citra
- Bertanggungjawab melakukan instalasi hardware & software PC, server dan network
- Menjaga konsidi komputer yang dpakai oleh user agar dapat berfungsi normal
- Memastikan koneksi komputer yang terhubung ke jaringan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Melakukan back-up data secara periodik
- Memastikan server dan sistem firewall dapat berfungsi normal
Kualifikasi pekerjaan:
- Pendidikan min S1 Sistem Informasi/Teknik Informatika
- Pengalaman min 2 tahun dalam mengatasi troubleshooting (PC, printer, server & network) dan infrastruktur
- Mengerti mengenai HCI, firewall dan mikrotik, PABX
- Mampu bekerja mandiri dan tim
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
