We are currently assisting one of our clients in the automotive industry in hiring an IT Support professional, with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server systems
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Mikrotik and network infrastructure
- Monitor and support database performance and security
- Ensure network stability, security, and optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot system and network issues efficiently
- Maintain technical documentation and support daily IT operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Network
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, Mikrotik, Networking, and Database
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets
