Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT devices
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by users in a timely manner
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account and device setup
Monitor and maintain company systems and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and data backup activities
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support if required
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
Assist in IT-related projects and other operational support activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in IT Support or IT Operations is preferred
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network configuration
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Experience in fintech or financial services industry is a plus
