Position
We are looking for a Desktop Support / IT Support Analyst Associate to join our team in our Jakarta Office. You will assist the IT Operations Senior Specialist in owning, planning, and managing the appropriate IT infrastructure and tools for the business and provide technical support. This is a varied and interesting role if you are keen to develop the full scope of IT and play a key role in building an effective business with a purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues on all our IT packages and hardware, in the UK, Germany, Indonesia, Netherlands, France, Brazil and in any other location where the business expands to
- Develop and propose the best solutions in view of our business needs, growth, and culture.
- Identify problems to resolve or follow-up routine customer problems, referring more complex problems to the IT Operations Senior Specialist.
- Working effectively as part of a team on projects as well as by yourself for BAU support tasks.
- Setting up laptops & other hardware.
- Manage the ticketing system, adhere to agreed SLAs and ensure excellent end user customer service
- Liaising with software & hardware vendors, service partners, and third-party companies to obtain product information and resolve technical issues.
- Occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in an IT role with a range of responsibilities
- Native Indonesian speak and also advanced fluency in English
- Relevant degree / qualification
- Customer service mindset and adaptable communication style with different stakeholders
- Proactive and results-driven problem solver
- Project management skills
- Keen interest in new technology and how IT can add value to the business and make people’s life easier at work
- Microsoft OS – Windows 10 PRO
- Office 365 platform
- Exposure to SharePoint online; Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access
- Experience with a variety of online applications
- Supplier and third-party management skills
- Cyber-security awareness and understanding of how business operations link together
