Key Responsibilities :
Supervise IT Support Team
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the daily activities of the IT Support team.
- Ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) is achieved.
- Evaluate team perfomance and provide coaching & training
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IT performance reports.
- Create monitoring dashboards for management needs.
- Analyze incident trends and provide improvement recomendations.
- Prepare SLA & KPI reports for management presentation.
- Create periodic hardware & software inventory reports.
Technical Documentation
- Develop and maintain IT Support Standard Operating Procedurs (SOP).
- Document incidents, system changes, and implemented solutions (knowledge base).
- Maintain documentation of network, server, and system infrastructure.
- Ensure all IT assets are well documented in CMDB or Inventory.
- Create user manuals and technical guides for internal users.
Incident & Problem Management
- Act as escalation point for unresolved technical issues.
- Coordinate critical incident handling and ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) document findings.
- Monitor and follow up open tickets until resolved.
Asset & Vendor Management
- Oversee IT asset management (hardware, software, license).
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, and maintanance.
- Ensure all software licenses are valid and well documented.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations.
- Experience as Team Leader/Supervisor for 1-2 years is highly prefered.
- Strong understanding of IT asset & Inventory managament.
- Experienced in system monitoring and operational maintanance.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
