Job Description:
As an IT Sales Freelance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understand their business needs, and provide tailored IT solutions that align with their goals. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, technical, and project delivery, to ensure successful implementation and continuous client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues or concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (software, infrastructure, cloud, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
