IT Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing technology team. This role requires a strategic and organized leader with strong expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects, proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and proven ability to align cross-functional teams with business goals while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirement
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
● Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
● Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
● Basic understanding of web/mobile technologies and system architecture
● Experience with risk management and issue tracking frameworks
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
● Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to delivery
● Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
● Manage and coordinate cross-functional development teams including frontend, backend, QA, and design
● Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
● Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
● Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
● Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
● Prepare and present project status reports to management
● Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
● Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery workflows
