Qualifications:
Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Web Developer / App Developer / IT Support (Android and IOS)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong skills and relevant project portfolios
Must have experience in web & app development (Android and IOS)
Required to share portfolio/projects/applications that have been developed previously
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Understand and able to work with React Native
Familiar with frameworks such as Laravel and Vue.js is a plus
Experienced in WordPress and CMS website management
Knowledge of AI Assistance / AI Integration is a plus
Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus
Proficient in MySQL database management
Understand hosting, domains, servers, and website/application deployment (Android and IOS)
Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
Creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills

Develop and maintain company websites
Develop, manage, and maintain company applications
Improve, optimize, and enhance existing applications and systems
Create and manage database systems
Ensure websites and applications run smoothly, securely, and optimally
Perform troubleshooting for systems, networks, servers, hardware, and software
Support the company's technical and IT-related operational needs
Collaborate with the design and marketing team for digital development projects
Monitor, update, and continuously improve company digital systems and applications
