* Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields

* Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

* Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Officer

* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and computer network troubleshooting

* Experienced in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment

* Familiar with system administration, servers, and data security

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
