, Job Description
1. Menangani komunikasi pelanggan melalui telepon, email, chat, media sosial, dan platform lainnya.

2. Memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, profesional, dan berorientasi solusi.

3. Menerima, mencatat, dan menyelesaikan pertanyaan, keluhan, atau permintaan pelanggan.

4. Mengeskalasi masalah yang kompleks kepada tim terkait jika diperlukan.

5. Menganalisis masalah sesuai dengan severity Low, Medium, High dan Critical

6. Memantau kesehatan jaringan, perangkat keras, server, aplikasi, dan layanan TI.

7. Identifikasi, pelaporan, dan eskalasi insiden sesuai prosedur.

8. Penyelesaian insiden dengan waktu respons (SLA) yang disepakati.

9. Melakukan backup data secara rutin untuk pemulihan jika terjadi kegagalan.

10. Melakukan backup data secara rutin untuk pemulihan jika terjadi kegagalan.

11. Menganalisis dan meningkatkan kinerja jaringan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.

12. Membuat laporan ticket masalah

13. Menyediakan laporan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan terkait kinerja sistem.

14. Membuat laporan penyelesaian masalah

15. Bersedia Bekerja Shifting dengan 3 shift

Job Qualification
1. Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Elektronika/TKJ/Informatika

2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai IT Helpdesk/IT Support
3. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.

4. Memiliki orientasi pelayanan (service oriented).
5. Memahami jaringan dasar TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, WiFi
6. Mampu melakukan troubleshooting Internet dan Jaringan
7. Familiar dengan Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, dll)
