3. Min. D3 lulusan Teknik Komputer, Sistem Informasi.
4. Mampu bekerja cepat dan efektif.

7. Mempunya attitude yang baik, sabar, dan berorientasi pada hasil.

Job Description
1. Mengawasi dan merespon cepat seluruh permasalahan & request IT.
2. Memelihara sistem komputer dan bertindak cepat mendukung dan menyelesaikan masalah apabila sistem bermasalah atau down.
3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap PC, Printer, Server, jaringan, telepon dan perangkat lainnya (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, cctv, etc).
4. Memelihara perangkat PC/ laptop user termasuk mengupdate/ memperbarui konfigurasinya jika dibutuhkan.
5. Membantu proses Onboarding & offboarding HR.
6. Membuat rekap laporan inventory, seluruh perangkat keras, lunak dan lisensi serta email.
7. Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi serta update terhapad PC/ Laptop user.
