Job description for IT General Manager at SmartIdea Pte. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas and programs. The candidate will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Supervision of company projects/ products to ensure successful implementation and execution
- Supervises and coordinates overall office administrative and general office activities.
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Assist in recruitment efforts; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program.
- Assist in recruitment and human resource management efforts of remote staff team; should be comfortable with handling regular video conference sessions for interviewing or counseling objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, computer engineering, or a related field
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Familiar with the recruitment of key personnel and office administration
