Job description for IT Executive at Bacha Coffee
- Respond and deal with incidents, service requests and queries from end-user that includes installation, upgrading and maintenance of computer hardware and software in an effective and timely manner.
- Provide in-house, on-site and/or remote IT services to end-users such as diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems, on/off-boarding, and IT-related training.
- Provide all infrastructure and system support services, including service outage diagnosis, monitoring, troubleshooting and restoration of services.
- Communicate with internal and external partners and perform proper project and change management to ensure deployments meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
- Assist in management of third-party vendors on IT issues and purchases.
- Manage and maintain inventory records (hardware / software / licenses) and periodic compilation of statistics and reports. Manage daily IT operation related paperwork including the creation and managing of forms, invoices, reports, guides, notes and any other relevant documentation.
- Responsible for managing the renewal of hardware / software contract warranty, and licenses.
- Work with other teams to optimise and improve work processes.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Min 2 years relevant working experience with IT Infrastructures.
- Experience in Point of Sales (POS) and ERP systems like SAP and Navision/MS Dynamics is preferred.
- Hands on experience in Windows Systems for Windows Server including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and AD Group Policy
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined in documentation and record keeping.
- Confident and willing to pick up new technological skills on-the-job.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision and effectively within a team
- Good interpersonal skills – able to communicate and interact with people professionally, both individually and in groups.
- Able to communicate verbally and in written English to various stakeholders, users, etc.
- Has a service excellence attitude.
