Job description for IT Executive at Aztech Technologies Pte Ltd
The Job Role
• Diagnose and resolve issues escalated from IT Helpdesk
• Provide IT helpdesk support to all users in Singapore and regional offices
• Installation & configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches & other PC peripherals
• Configure and deploy new user equipment and accounts
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to network or usability concerns
• Monitor and address security threats
• Provide IT training and participate in related projects where necessary
Qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in networking and communication hardware, software and infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience of computers, servers operating systems, equipment and office productivity software like MS Office and Exchange Server, and security software/ hardware
• Skilled & experienced in Windows, Networking, Exchange Servers, MS Operating Systems, Active Directory etc.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, hand-on and able to multi-task
