Job description for IT Data Analyst (Internship) at Expat. Roasters

Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business decision making.

Help identify patterns, trends, and insights from datasets.

Create periodic and ad-hoc reports in the form of data visualizations (dashboards, graphs, tables) using tools.

Ensure data accuracy and relevance by validating and maintaining databases and dashboards.

Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration from various sources.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data analysis needs.

Ensure data is managed in accordance with company data security policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Fresh Graduate is welcome.

Experienced in data analysis or a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience will be considered).

Knowing SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, formulas).

Basic understanding of databases and data architecture.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
