Job description
As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to be familiar with software or IT-related project management, have good written skills and project documentation creation. You will also be expected to work closely with developers, data engineers, data scientists and business users to deliver systems as per requirement. Finally, you will analyze new requirement or change request, being focal point bridging and facilitating good communication between business users and technical (the technology team).
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from customers
- Constructing solution concept based on requirement gathered
- Constructing expenses prediction on project
- Technical Writing and Brief Delivering
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- Good communication
- Min 2 years experience in the same field
- Having an experience working in an insurance company would be an advantage
- Up to date with technology updates
- Up to date with business developments
- IT graduates are preferred
- Database structure construction is a plus
- Having a good UX knowledge is a plus
