Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business needs.
- Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for developers.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Support project planning, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with QA and developers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve functional issues.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, and requirement clarification sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodology.
- Able to create BRD, FRD, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Good understanding of system integration and business processes.
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or Draw.io.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
