We are looking for an IT Asset and Support Officer who is responsible for developing and maintaining our brand and customer experience by creating innovative assortments both within current and future categories together with the team members.
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, CCTVs, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support for all users
- Visit sites to support users
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Min. 1 years of experience as an IT support
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in shift hours
- Willing to visit our hubs in multiple locations
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
