Job description for IT Application Administrator at PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk
Responsibilities:
- Receive complaints and issues related to applications submitted by internal or external users (via Customer Service)
- Assist in resolving application-related issues in coordination with the relevant departments
- Perform maintenance and checks on applications and take follow-up actions when problems occur
- Coordinate with the Business Analyst team and application vendors when issues arise with applications
- Carry out application updates if updates are provided by the vendor, and document the updates after obtaining approval from the Department Head and application team. Provide expert-level technical support to users while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance
- Document all user requests related to new application development or application issues
- Monitor and check external and internal company systems or applications according to the established schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience (internship/full-time) in IT Support or Application Support would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of SQL/database queries for data checking and simple troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of business applications, operating systems, and user support processes
- Ability to monitor applications, identify issues, and escalate to the relevant team when necessary
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal users and vendors
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team
