We are looking for IT Analyst based in Jakarta/Surabaya.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Engage with partners to understand business requirements of your service
- Translate business requirements, corporate compliance and security guidelines into the roadmap, communicate new features to all partners
- Coordinate end-to-end activation of a certain set of features, linked to a global program
- Create change requests, resolve issue as per SLA
- Ensure service offering alignment with the Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices
- Participate on assessing external team maturity on periodic basis for continues improvement
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with IT Service Delivery & have experience in eCommerce/B2B/B2C processes
- Experience in Cloud Technology (AWS) is a must (certified would be best), while understanding in Software Architecture (Microservices, CI/CD, DevOps), SaaS and API Integration technologies with MuleSoft would be an asset
- Knowledge of agile tools and techniques like: Kanban, Design Thinking, numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats would be an asset
- Have project management certification – Project Management Professional (PMP), professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership), and experience with service management frameworks (ITIL) and vendor management would be advantageous
- Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making
- Analytical thinking with curiosity to learn the analytics ecosystem
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Experienced dealing with conflicting priority among technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing towards common goals (good collaboration skill). Preferably working experience(s) in global organization.

Perseroan juga memproduksi sejumlah merek rokok kretek yang telah dikenal luas, termasuk Dji Sam Soe Magnum, Marlboro Filter Black, dan Sampoerna Kretek.
Sampoerna merupakan anak perusahaan PT Philip Morris Indonesia (“PMID”) dan memiliki afiliasi dengan Philip Morris International Inc. (“PMI”) sejak 2005. PMI adalah perusahaan rokok internasional terkemuka dengan merek global, Marlboro. Ruang lingkup kegiatan Perseroan meliputi, antara lain memproduksi, memperdagangkan, dan mendistribusikan rokok termasuk juga mendistribusikan Marlboro, merek rokok internasional terkemuka yang diproduksi oleh PMID.
Tim manajemen Sampoerna yang berpengalaman senantiasa menerapkan praktik global terbaik dan sistem kelas dunia dalam mengelola lebih dari 20.900 karyawan tetap di Sampoerna dan anak perusahaan.
Selain itu, Sampoerna juga bekerja sama dengan 38 Mitra Produksi Sigaret (“MPS”) yang pabriknya tersebar di pulau Jawa dan secara bersama-sama mempekerjakan sekitar 44.900 orang dalam memproduksi produk-produk Sigaret Kretek Tangan (“SKT”). Perseroan menjual dan mendistribusikan rokok melalui 110 lokasi kantor cabang zona, kantor penjualan, dan pusat distribusi di seluruh Indonesia.
