Investment Management Trainee

Full job description

We are looking for a trainee portfolio manager to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and expanding your network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client investment portfolios and make informed decisions.
• Evaluate risk and reward trade-offs across various financial instruments, such as bonds and derivatives.
• Chart investment goals for in-house clients
• Assist in Family Office set ups and Trust set-ups for UHNW Clients.
• Utilize DISC Personality Assessment and Enneagram to enhance communication skills with clients.

• Competitive base salary of $3,500 to $6,000 (before commission and bonuses)

Office 5mins walk from Tanjong Pager MRT

Working hours 10am - 5pm, 5 Days Work Week with clientele meet-ups outside office hours

About You:

• Minimum education requirement: Diploma from a local polytechnic in Singapore or a recognized degree in any field.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge or interest in business finance/management is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
