As the Investment Consultant, you are part of the key to PT. SG Batavia’s growth through a number of deals you and your team close on a monthly basis. The Consultant is responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team's execution to maximize the sales output of their teams. As one of our candidates, you will be following your team and in the future, you will also lead. Your success will be a team and individual metric of success.

What you will be Doing?
• You will need to prospect new investors, coach them, and assist them in their day-to-day trade transactions.
• You will need to hire, onboard, train, and coach not only individual team members, but also groups/teams, as well as the leaders on various skills, such as communication, tools & processes, and pitching skills to become top performers, including day-to-day supervision and guidance in the field.
• You will need to foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge, and ambition within your team.
• You will need to ensure all team members are continuously on track to hit their targets by monitoring their individual performance against business goals and metrics using our system
• You will need to be the go-to person for your team members, helping them to overcome any hurdles they face and develop client investment. We do this by using Financial analytics and technology to empower the TOP 3 Investment Products by connecting investors to markets without any challenges along the way.
Is this you?
• Holds a University Degree from a good Indonesian or Foreign University.
• Enthusiast in educating, client management, or networking with clients in any other way. Have a passion for trading, investment, and market analysis.
• Knowledge of the Investment Market is beneficial (but not required), and experience is a definite plus (portfolio, gain/losses).
• Have a good command of the English Language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and are able to work under pressure and with a target.
• Proactive, Self-Motivated and have the desire to learn.
• You are persuasive and customer centrist.
• Attention to detail.
• Well Organized & Structured working style.
• Working side by side with others and able to put team priorities above individual.
