Job description for Inventory Admin (Freelance) at PT Pancious Tirta Jaya
PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, and supporting stock control activities across all outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update daily stock data from all outlets accurately and timely.
- Record inventory movements, including stock in, stock out, and stock adjustments.
- Conduct and reconcile stock opname results with the inventory system.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory records and supporting documents.
- Perform other inventory and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, vocational school, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inventory Admin, Stock Admin, Warehouse Admin, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using inventory management systems or POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to be placed at the Head Office – North Jakarta.
