Job description for Internship Talent Acquisition at Pt. Trawlbens Teknologi Anak Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Carry out the recruitment needs of companies in large numbers and quickly
- Negotiate salary compensation and terms of hire
- Develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
- Handling Industrial Relation matters
- Support Employee Engagement program to create a good working environment
- Creating job vacancies on social media, job portals, etc. Sort incoming applications
- Looking for candidates according to the required qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews then carry out tests to get the right and suitable prospective employees
- Recommend candidates based on test results and initial interviews, and arrange follow-up interview schedules
- Responsible for MPP fulfillments.
- Develop talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.
- Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.
- Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.
Qualifications :
• Freshgraduate welcome to apply
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
• Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
• Proficient using Excel and analytical ability such as Pivot table/charts
