Job description for International Business Associate at Glints
- Generate high-value pipelines through both strategic and targeting prospecting: Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects, as well as finding the right person in contact to sell our products
- Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience
- Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
- Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)
- Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc
- Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams

- Someone who has minimum 6 months of working experiences; but fresh graduates with some internships experience(s) are encouraged to apply.
- Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills -- Chinese and Cantonese is a plus.
