We believe in a culture of high trust, helping others, and healthy communication.  Revenue team is the one who will build all revenue-streaming strategies from scratch, ranging from developing channel the right channel partners for the right growth stage, to efficient planning and executing market-site visits. Internal Revenue Specialist is the one who ensures the implementation of the revenue strategies that have been developed by the Revenue Executive on a daily basis. This role is more than just checking and reporting the OTA revenue streams, but preparing the coordination across team members who deal with it constantly.  On a daily basis, the Internal Revenue Specialist will develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners. This role includes doing things like developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, selling rooms for Group and B2B partners, set up price and promotion for OTA (Online Travel Agent) and Direct Booking (App, Website, WA) and also register our branches on those channels. This role also includes doing things like developing a strategy for the usage of Vending Machine (finding and deciding the right concept, product, and partners for the vending machine). And for future development creating the plan for the development of locker as one of the future revenue streams.  Responsibilities:
  • Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channels (OTAs) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism 
  • Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA for all Bobobox branch 
  • Checking and decide which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas 
  • Ensure the price parity across OTA's and direct web and mobile apps 
  • Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets) 
  • Discuss with OTA Channels on what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion 
  • Content & Reviews quality check
  • Performance movement 
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for every site of Bobobox Places which are 80% occupancy for every daily site with different revenue targets for every daily site. 
Requirements:
  • Degree in hospitality management or similar
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and confidence and can be a great team player when required
  • Very self-motivated, analytically detailed, and results-driven and can show a proven history of this.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
  • He/She operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to lead rather than follow.
  • Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage
