Develop and execute internal audit programs (operational, financial, and compliance) across all business units (farm, dressing plant & feed mill).
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Identify potential fraud, inefficiencies, and operational deviations.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports along with actionable recommendations.
Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation.
Coordinate with related departments to improve internal processes.
Supervise and guide the internal audit team.
