Job description for Intern Video Content Production at Domoe Agency

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Membantu proses pra-produksi (brainstorming ide, riset tren, membuat script & storyboard).

Mendukung proses produksi (shooting video, setting kamera, lighting, dan audio).

Melakukan editing video untuk berbagai platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dll).

Membuat motion graphic sederhana dan subtitle jika diperlukan.

Mengelola dan mengarsipkan file video serta aset produksi.

Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing & creative untuk memastikan konten sesuai dengan branding.

Mengikuti tren digital dan memberikan ide konten yang relevan.

Kualifikasi

Mahasiswa/i atau fresh graduate jurusan Film, Broadcasting, Ilmu Komunikasi, DKV, atau bidang terkait.

Memiliki minat besar pada produksi video dan media sosial.

Menguasai software editing seperti Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, atau software sejenis.

Memahami dasar pengambilan gambar (angle, composition, lighting).

Kreatif, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

Memiliki portofolio (nilai tambah).

Nilai Tambah

Menguasai Adobe After Effects atau software motion graphic lainnya.

Terbiasa membuat konten untuk TikTok, Reels, atau YouTube Shorts.

Memahami basic color grading dan sound editing.
