Manage the end to end recruitment process of all roles within the assigned business unit/s
Partner with our Business, Risk, and Operations leaders to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process
Ensure successful delivery of talent against pre-defined SLAs and KPIs
Support & Drive best practice recruiting and hiring practices across the regional TA team
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Uphold a focus on candidate experience, diversity and building long-term relationships
Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology (is the must)
Has experience working in Recruitment for min. 1 year
Working location at South Jakarta
