Intern (Content & Prompt Engineer - eSolutions)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Intern (AI Content & Prompt Engineer - eSolutions). You will sit comfortably at the intersection of business, Generative AI prompt engineering and storytelling. As part of our eSolutions Team, you will play a vital role in designing and building Generative AI apps from a business perspective whilst also producing business-themed content and media for various delivery channels. You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts to translate ideas, frameworks, and use cases into practical AI tools and compelling media outputs that drive understanding and adoption. You will have the opportunity to explore various Large Language Models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ideation, Design and Creation of Generative AI applications and content

• Ideate potential solutions for clients’ and partners’ needs
• Design visual assets and multimedia content for optimal user experience in AI tools and bundles
• Develop, test, and refine AI tools and Toolkits for various business areas to meet needs and user experience requirements

2. Research and Content Preparation:

• Conduct research on particular sectors and lines of business for which AI would fill a business need
• Research and develop content focused around specific bodies of knowledge for which AI can provide productivity and learner advantages

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in eSolutions projects
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.

4. Documentation and Processes:

• Assist in the development, documentation and maintenance of processes
• Develop user documentation for AI Toolkits and data governance/privacy offerings
  
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• Currently pursuing/ Possess a degree related to Business Management, Business Systems or a related field.
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into deliverables.
• Proven experience working with Generative AI tools and LLMs in a practical business context. While no deep programming knowledge is needed you should be comfortable with Generative AI and prototyping.
• Experience producing media and familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Suite including video editing software
• An adaptive mindset able to learn data governance/privacy and other new subject matter and frameworks quickly.
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, content, apps and processes
