Job description for Intern Brand Officer at Miniletics
OVERVIEW:
Miniletics is a start-up sports apparel company that sells goods directly to consumers through the internet (E-Commerce). We are building a brand through digital channel. At first, when we offer our product, equipment and apparel, people thought that ‘toko online’ was not a thing. From a ‘toko online’ to a ‘Direct to Consumer Brand Company’, miniletics is constantly evolving. Our goal is to make our own brand to be known as an Indonesian brand that is internationally acknowledged and recognized not only as a sports brand but also a household brand.
We are looking for someone who is passionate for Brand and Public Relation; enjoy communicate with potential Influencers (from Tiktok & Instagram). Eager to learn about what it takes to be a leading sports brand in Indonesia and passionate about marketing communication in Digital and E-Commerce Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist and create Agreement for campaign talents
· Assist in making payment request
· Assist creating content brief for KOL
· Assisting to get hands on commerce and product dept project
· Assisting on-hand all of Campaign aspect
· Searching KOL talent
· Assisting creating KOL Agreement
· Initiate/propose creative and brief Brand Ambassador for future content
· Assist in casting Models for future campaign
· Sponsor and Partnership Hunt (daily)
· Relay communication per dept
Qualification :
· Fresh Graduates from reputable university; Hospitality/Marketing/Business Administration/Communication graduates is preferred
· Eager to learn and experience as an Executive Assistant to a leadership team
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages/ tone of voice to the differing audiences.
· Understanding of social media and relevant content in the executive’s field.
· Ability to build long lasting, trusted relationships with internal senior members & external parties
· Proactive and forward planning, with the ability to work autonomously.
· Will have exceptional attention to detail and be an experienced planner with the ability to respond effectively and efficiently to change, and have a good sense of humor.
· Ability to record of managing large amounts of confidential or business sensitive information
· Comfortable with technology with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· A highly structured, organized, and methodical approach to coordinating tasks and anticipating future requirements.
· A collaborative team player, always going above and beyond, and offering support to others where needed.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment (startup environment)
This role is eligible for contract/permanent position after 4-6 months internship.
