Job description for Interior Technical Drafter at CW Interior

Technical Interior Designer / Drafter

We are looking for a technical interior designer who can transform SketchUp designs into accurate construction drawings and coordinate execution on site.

Responsibilities :

- Convert SketchUp models into detailed technical drawings

- Prepare layout, elevation, section, and detail drawings

- Coordinate interior, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling drawings

- Conduct site measurements and site supervision

- Ensure construction matches design intent

- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors

- Solve technical issues during project execution

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years experience in interior fit-out or architecture

- Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD

- Strong understanding of technical detailing and construction methods

- Understanding of MEP coordination

- Able to conduct site visits independently
