Interior Design Sales / Project Consultant (Basic + Commission) — Limited Slots

We are an interior design firm in Singapore and the **only firm offering a basic salary for management roles and above**. We invest heavily in people: every newcomer gets **1-to-1 mentorship**, and our managers guide you through the basics until you’re confident to handle clients independently.
**What You’ll Do**
- Meet homeowners and understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Propose space planning/design concepts and renovation solutions
- Prepare quotations and close projects
- Coordinate with the project/operations team to ensure smooth delivery
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
**Training & Support**
- **1-to-1 mentorship** for every newcomer
- Step-by-step guidance from managers (from first consult to closing)
- Structured coaching on sales, client handling, and project fundamentals
**What We’re Looking For**
- Positive attitude, coachable, willing to learn
- Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Experience in ID/renovation/sales is a plus, but not required
**Compensation & Growth**
