QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design, renovation, or fit-out projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray
Strong creativity, design sense, and attention to detail
Able to create technical drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Passionate about interior design trends, materials, and space styling
Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Portfolio showcasing previous design works is required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project needs
Prepare technical drawings, space planning layouts, and high-quality 3D renderings
Coordinate and communicate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout project execution
Conduct site visits, measurements, and on-site coordination when required
Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements for projects
Revise and improve designs according to feedback, site conditions, and project requirements
Ensure designs are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Assist in project presentations and design proposals when needed
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas into projects
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required by project schedules or site activities
