Job Description :
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software PC all in one and notebook/laptop
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and sharing access problems for users
- Installation and configuration software office standart
- Setting email user (PC/Mobile phone)
- Installation and setting printer for users
- Upgrade memory (RAM) & HDD/SSD for all assests (PC/Laptop) if needed
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Manage webmail via cpanel domain (add new email account, quota storage email, reset password email)
- Work with vendor support to resolve problems if any trouble with internet connection and web hosting domain
- Manage file sharing
- List inventory asset IT
- Make a design signage / sticker for area Apartment Building using Adobe Photoshop
