Job description for Influencer Operations Specialist at PT TIANCH GLOBAL INDONESIA

We are a digital operation company deeply rooted in the local lifestyle services sector in Indonesia. Our business covers O2O segments such as catering, beauty and hair care, leisure and entertainment, and housekeeping services. Leveraging TikTok Shop and the local social media ecosystem, we aim to connect high-quality merchants with local content creators, and build the most influential local lifestyle influencer network in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for discovering, signing, cultivating and daily maintaining influencers in the local lifestyle service field, establishing and improving the influencer resource database
2.Develop influencer operation strategies and growth systems, and conduct personalized positioning and content planning according to influencer characteristics
3.Plan and execute influencer cooperation activities, including store visits, live broadcasts, short video promotions, etc., to improve platform exposure and user conversion rate
4.Track the data performance of influencer content, analyze operation effects, optimize operation strategies, and improve the quality of influencer output and commercial value
5.Coordinate resources from various internal departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of influencer cooperation projects
6.Pay attention to industry trends and competitor influencer operations, and adjust operation directions and strategies in a timely manner
7.Maintain good cooperative relationships with influencers and solve problems encountered by influencers during the cooperation process
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above, major in marketing, new media, advertising or related fields preferred
2.1-3 years of relevant work experience in influencer operation, internet celebrity brokerage or new media operation, experience in local lifestyle service industry preferred
3.Familiar with the operation rules and content ecology of Indonesian social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
4.Good communication and negotiation skills, able to independently complete influencer discovery and signing work
5.Strong data analysis ability, able to adjust operation strategies based on data
6.Good team cooperation spirit and pressure resistance, able to adapt to fast-paced work environment
7.Proficient in Indonesian and Chinese, able to communicate bilingually preferred08
